A possible constraint may be recognised and a first conversation may be considered when separately authorised.

03 Observation
The business is studied as it currently exists, using consented conversations and evidence.

One or more complete journeys are traced through relationships, information, systems and decisions.

- Walks through the real journey and corrects missing handoffs, authorities or informal workarounds.

- A visible reconstruction of how the work currently moves.

05 Founder Verification
The founder reviews what BrentoBox believes it has understood.

- Confirms, corrects or rejects findings and identifies what must remain unchanged.

- A founder-verified account of the current reality.

- Nothing becomes Source or institutional truth merely because it was observed.
06 Foundation
The business beneath the symptoms is established across Identity, Direction, Structure and Continuity.

08 Design
The approved intervention is designed around the verified Foundation.

- Defines what changes, why it belongs, what stays untouched and what the first usable version contains.

- Reviews the design, success conditions, boundaries and trade-offs before approving installation.

- An approved intervention design and installation boundary.
- Not authorised
- No implementation or expansion beyond the approved first usable version.
09 Install
The agreed intervention is implemented and tested against the real business.

- Builds, connects, documents, tests, trains and transfers the approved capability.

- Uses the installation in practice, verifies fit and accepts—or rejects—the result.

- A tested operating capability owned within the agreed terms.

The installed Foundation is observed as people use it over time.
