The Foundation Assessment amount is A$1,500 total, with no GST charged. Payment and intake are not currently active. Contacting BrentoBox does not create an engagement, authorise payment or commence work.

What is not included

The assessment does not implement a Knowledge Base, AI Workspace, Process Documentation, automations, agents, integrations or production systems. Those require a separately scoped and accepted Foundation Install.

Current payment state

There is no active public checkout or payment pathway. The current legitimate entry is to contact BrentoBox at office@brentobox.co. Any future payment step requires separate confirmation and does not authorise implementation or accept a Foundation Install.

When the assessment begins

Assessment work begins only after BrentoBox separately confirms the engagement requirements, these terms are accepted, any authorised payment is verified and the bounded assessment intake is completed. An enquiry does not commence the assessment. Payment alone does not commence the assessment.

Cancellation and refunds

No public payment is currently accepted. If payment is separately authorised in future, cancellation and refund rights will apply under these terms and Australian Consumer Law.

If you cancel after commencement for change-of-mind reasons, BrentoBox may retain a reasonable amount for work already performed and will refund the unperformed portion. If BrentoBox cannot complete the Assessment after commencement, it will refund the unperformed portion, subject to any stronger remedy required by Australian Consumer Law. Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Requests can be sent to office@brentobox.co.

Your authority and information

You confirm that you are authorised to request the Assessment for the named business or organisation and that information supplied for the Assessment is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not provide passwords, payment details, identity documents or material you are not authorised to share.

Privacy and confidentiality

BrentoBox currently uses only the contact information needed to respond to an enquiry. If payment and intake are separately activated in future, BrentoBox will use the minimum information required to verify the engagement and preserve its legitimate operating record. Assessment information is private working material and is not authority to publish it.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptance record

There is currently no public checkout. Any future authorised payment pathway must require affirmative acceptance of the applicable terms and preserve the resulting consent record.
