- What is BrentoBox?
- BrentoBox is a service-led cultural technology company. It turns what is living in a founder's head and scattered across a business into one intelligent system that people, technology and AI can work from.
- Is BrentoBox a branding agency?
- No. BrentoBox can work with identity, language and expression, but it does so as part of a wider operating foundation. The work connects what an organisation says with how it is structured, governed, offered and experienced.
- Is BrentoBox software?
- BrentoBox is not a self-serve SaaS product or completed general-purpose platform. It is currently service-led. Software and AI may operate inside the wider cultural technology architecture without becoming the whole proposition.
- What is cultural technology?
- Cultural technology is the practical combination of language, design, systems, tools, relationships and governance that helps a shared way of thinking survive across people and surfaces.
- What is worldbuilding?
- Worldbuilding is the discipline of making one source of truth coherent across every place it appears. For BrentoBox, that means connecting the institution's story, structures, actions and experiences rather than treating them as separate outputs.
- What is a foundation?
- A foundation is the trusted operating source beneath public expression: verified identity, purpose, language, knowledge, responsibilities, relationships and boundaries. It gives future surfaces something reliable to grow from.
- What does “One Source. Every Surface.” mean?
- It means each website, document, system, conversation and experience should express the same governed source without becoming a competing version of the organisation.
- What can people currently do?
- People can explore the public site, BrentoBox World, selected work and research, ask a general question by email, or review the private candidate for the bounded Foundation Assessment purchase path. The payment path remains inactive until explicit Founder activation.
- Can I apply for or buy a BrentoBox service?
- The Foundation Assessment is the bounded paid entry point: A$950 total, one-off and paid upfront, with no GST charged. It returns Current Reality, a Foundation Map, Priority Decisions, Risk and Readiness Findings, and an Install Recommendation. It does not implement a Knowledge Base, AI Workspace, Process Documentation, automations, agents, integrations or production systems. Any Foundation Install is separately scoped and accepted.
- What is B. HOLDINGS?
- B. HOLDINGS is a proposed future holding architecture. It is not an existing company, owner or institution.
- Who is Brent?
- Brent is the founder and Individual/Sole Trader operating BrentoBox under the registered business name BRENTOBOX. He holds the practice's final architectural judgement.
