This statement explains in plain language how BrentoBox handles personal information. It is a transparency commitment and does not claim a legal status that has not been established.
Who this covers
BrentoBox™ is the public operating name used for this website and its Foundation Install™ application pathway.
What is collected
BrentoBox may receive your name, contact details, venture information and the answers you choose to provide through Apply™. Correspondence may also contain information you provide directly. Basic technical and security information may be processed when you visit the website.
Do not submit health information, identity documents, financial records, passwords or other sensitive material through Apply™.
Why it is used
Information is used to acknowledge and assess an application, respond to the person applying, preserve correspondence, protect the service and meet lawful obligations. It is not sold.
Authoritative services
Tally processes application submission. Microsoft Outlook preserves application notifications and correspondence. Sites and Cloudflare deliver and protect the public website. These providers may process information outside Australia under their own infrastructure and terms.
Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the relationship, institutional records, security or lawful obligations. No online service can promise absolute security; BrentoBox limits collection and asks applicants not to submit sensitive records.
Access, correction and concerns
If you already correspond with BrentoBox, reply within that thread with “Privacy” in the subject to request access, correction or raise a concern. New visitors should use Connect™ to understand the currently ratified pathways. A dedicated public privacy address has not yet been operationally verified and is not invented here.
Australian guidance
Where the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles apply, BrentoBox intends this policy to support clear notice, careful collection and accountable handling. Nothing here limits rights available under law.
Changes
This policy will be updated when collection practices, authoritative services or legal obligations materially change. The effective date will change with it.
