Privacy
Information should have a clear purpose.
If you email BrentoBox, the information you provide is used to understand and respond to your message, maintain any resulting correspondence and meet applicable business obligations. If the Foundation Assessment checkout is activated, payment is completed on Stripe's hosted checkout rather than inside this website.
What may be collected
Your name, contact details, organisation, enquiry content and the correspondence required to respond. For a Foundation Assessment, Stripe may collect payment and billing details needed to process the one-off purchase; BrentoBox receives the transaction and customer information Stripe makes available to the merchant. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or unnecessary information before scope and handling are agreed.
Marketing is separate
A message does not create engagement authority or consent to receive marketing. The current public site does not collect newsletter or marketing consent. Any future consent pathway must be separate, optional and supported by a current notice. Existing consent can be withdrawn by emailing office@brentobox.co.
Where the information is held
Correspondence and any historical enquiry or consent records are held privately in BrentoBox’s operating environment. Contact details appearing in observations, evidence or third-party material are not automatically added to an enquiry or marketing audience.
Foundation Assessment payment and intake
BrentoBox records the minimum non-secret evidence needed to verify an Assessment purchase: Stripe event and Checkout Session references, payment status, amount, currency, the purchased product and price, customer contact reference, accepted terms version and relevant timestamps. Card numbers, payment credentials and Stripe secret keys are not stored in the Assessment record.
The intake records the customer's name, checkout email, organisation, authority to proceed, assessment context, required decision and any stated handling restrictions. It does not accept file uploads, passwords, payment details or identity documents. A submitted intake is bound to one verified paid Assessment and returned privately for Founder review.
Service providers and access
BrentoBox uses controlled hosting, email, communications and payment providers to operate its website, respond to relationships and, where activated, process a Foundation Assessment purchase. Access is limited to the purpose for which the information is held. Stripe's own privacy and retention terms also apply to its hosted checkout. BrentoBox does not sell personal information.
Retention
Enquiries are retained while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to preserve decisions, meet legal obligations and respond to disputes. Marketing consent evidence is retained while consent is active and after withdrawal where necessary to demonstrate the request was honoured.
Access, correction or deletion
Contact office@brentobox.co to ask about personal information held by BrentoBox, request correction or raise a privacy concern. Legal and operational retention obligations may affect deletion.
