Public information
The website expresses BrentoBox’s current institutional understanding and available engagement pathway. It is general information, not professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
Foundation Install™
The published investment is A$1,500 AUD for a three-day guided engagement. No payment is taken through Apply™. An engagement begins only after personal Founder review and separate written confirmation of scope, timing, responsibilities and payment terms.
Applications
An application may be invited to conversation, held for later consideration or declined. Submission does not guarantee a response time, meeting, proposal or engagement. Applicants must provide information they are authorised to disclose and must not submit sensitive records.
Intellectual property
BrentoBox names, institutional language, writing, visual expression and other original material remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce institutional material beyond rights provided by law.
Availability and external services
BrentoBox may change, suspend or correct the website. Tally, Microsoft, Cloudflare and other named services operate under their own terms. BrentoBox does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If BrentoBox supplies services to a consumer, applicable guarantees—including due care and skill and fitness for an agreed purpose—continue to apply.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BrentoBox is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or from services outside its reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any separate engagement agreement may contain its own governing provisions.
